Clint Waninger, a tooling engineer at Waupaca Foundry in Tell City, Indiana shares how a high school co-op job, turned to an internship, and ultimately a full-time engineering career at Waupaca Foundry. When asked about his career path, Clint said, "After having that internship...I knew I wasn't wasting my time at college. I knew I was putting in the time and effort to get where I wanted to be."
