JAYSON KOMP

Jayson Komp is the Vice President of Human Resources, bringing more than two decades of progressive HR leadership experience. Leading the company’s human resources strategy, talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational cultural initiatives across the company’s operations at Waupaca Foundry. 

Previously, Jayson served as Vice President of Human Resources for Tools & Outdoor Global Supply Chain at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. He also held senior leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark, including Vice President, Global Labor & Employee Relations, and Senior Director of Human Resources for North American Supply Chain. Throughout his experiences, Jayson was able to foster his strategic approach to talent and organizational development, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 

Jayson holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carroll University. His approach to leadership centers on creating a culture where employees are empowered to thrive, ensuring the workforce is prepared to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future.
