Before joining Waupaca Foundry, Steve held senior leadership roles at Finkl Steel, Olympic Steel and ThyssenKrupp Materials NA. He has successfully guided commercial organizations through both growth and transformation, helping to expand revenue, improve customer service, and enhance operational performance. His expertise includes sales, marketing, international business, and strategic planning.
Steve holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University. He is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to building long-term value for customers and stakeholders.
Passionate about the metals industry, Steve has served on several trade association boards and enjoys mentoring the next generation of leaders. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with his family.
